Police were called to the restaurant June 18 where the man was reportedly yelling at people inside, and when they got there the man had already left, according to Westport Police.
Employees provided a description and police were able to locate Glenn Rawls on the Ruth Steinkraus Cohen Memorial Bridge, said the report.
Police learned Rawls had a warrant out of New York City for fourth-degree grand larceny and two active arrest warrants from Amtrak Police in New Haven, according to police.
Rawls was taken into custody on the outstanding warrants and brought to the Wilton police department and held on $50,000 bond, said the report.
Rawls was taken the next morning to Norwalk court for arraignment, police said.
Rawls was additionally charged with second-degree failure to appear and failure to pay or plead on the outstanding Amtrak arrest warrants.
He has held in lieu of $2,590 total court set bond and is scheduled to appear in New Haven Court on Monday, July 1.
